Toxic drivers
[ssba]

The phenomenon of our time, where violent fights and even killings occur in the streets over minor misunderstandings, points to a facet of toxic masculinity
Influenced by the wrong role models, many young men express delinquent behavior in the name of manhood
Manhood is proper behavior, guided by kindness and values
I have also been guilty of such mistakes in the past, having almost exhausted my patience in the face of others’ provocations
I was wrong and I acknowledge it, and I am making strong efforts to avoid it completely nowadays
I will never forget a unique incident I experienced many years ago in the presence of my mother and sisters
I was parked in the car with my sisters, waiting for my mother
As soon as she got into the passenger seat, a car in front of me reversed and hit us
I opened the door and got out to check the damage, which was minor, and I found myself facing a furious female driver who, shouting loudly, started hitting me
Caught off guard, I – standing 1.95m tall and quite fit – tried to avoid the fight
My mother and sisters witnessed a rare incident that later made us laugh a lot
A strong man is one who has physical confidence and expresses it in the right ways

(I believe that if all women had very strong physiques, we would get beaten up a lot.)
