Nitra Gallery in Athens presents ?Trees Dance!, the new solo photography exhibition by Tassos Vrettos, opening on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 19:00, in Mets.
The new body of work continues Vrettos’ long-standing exploration of nature and humanity’s relationship with the world beyond the human. Following his extensive research into the forest and its many dimensions, the photographer now turns his attention towards the experience of trees themselves, bringing together photographs created during years of wandering through landscapes across Greece.
With his distinctive photographic language, Tassos Vrettos continues to explore themes including the body, identity, nature, and different social and cultural realities. His new exhibition at Nitra Gallery forms the latest chapter in this ongoing artistic journey, shifting the focus from the representation of landscape towards the experience of movement within it.
