A hidden gem in Apulia

At the end of a large and private road surrounded by ancient olive groves a few kilometers outside the historic “white city” of Italy, Puglia, we meet the impressive Villa Ostuni. A famous and old mansion of the area, recently restored by the Studiotoff office, combining the traditional Italian design dominated by marble and whitewashed stone with modern Italian furniture.

The interior of the house may not be very large, but all the spaces have been used wisely. The living room is spacious and includes a fireplace made of bricks and stone tiles while the large windows offer impressive views of the pool and the large area with olive trees. The kitchen is dominated by the minimal approach with all-white cabinets and counters, while some small “explosions” of color can be found in the bathrooms and in some private spaces.

Certainly, the reference point of the house is its outdoor area which includes the concrete pool and the large sunny terrace that connects the house with the outdoor area, creating a strong visual contrast with the rustic landscape.
