In the world of luxury, creativity extends far beyond fashion – and Louis Vuitton proves it in an unexpected way. For Easter 2026, the maison introduces a unique creation that blends design with gastronomy: a handbag… made of chocolate.
The Sac Œuf Jaune, designed by pastry chef Maxime Frédéric, stands as the centerpiece of the Easter collection. It is inspired by the iconic Egg Bag created by Nicolas Ghesquière for the Spring/Summer 2019 runway, translating high fashion aesthetics into the world of haute pâtisserie.
The “bag” is crafted from two dark chocolate shells and filled with a rich blend of hazelnut praline, candied fruits, and roasted nuts. Intricate details such as the handles and zipper are sculpted from white chocolate, carefully replicating the look of a real leather handbag.

Inside, a hidden chocolate bar with hazelnut praline and lemon caramel adds another layer of indulgence. Made with carefully selected ingredients and multiple chocolate compositions, the piece goes far beyond a simple dessert.
Weighing over one kilogram and priced at around €250, this creation is not just a seasonal treat but a collectible object that bridges fashion and culinary art. It is available exclusively at select locations such as Le Chocolat Maxime Frédéric in Paris, reinforcing its status as a true luxury experience.
