Thirteen charming towns, smothered in fragrant citrus and bougainvillea, make up the Amalfi Coast. To get there, you must necessarily cross the narrow, rocky road known as Strada Statale 163, which connects the Italian mountains to the Mediterranean Sea and which has starred in dozens of films. Emblematic standing in place are the pebble beaches, historic hotels and restaurants of the wider area that have been enjoyed and highlighted over the years by famous and obscure bon viveurs alike and are a favourite destination for travellers around the world.
