My height, 1.95 m, and my position in the company, managing director-strategy director, may not evoke the image of a victim, but it I do happen to be one<\/p>\n
I have noticed lately that my female colleagues in the office, with whom I have been working and creating together for over 15 years now, have a very intimidating attitude towards me<\/p>\n
I will give you tangible and simple examples<\/p>\n
Repeatedly, Mrs. N.L. with a sharp manner and an almost murderous look imposes on me and demands internal meetings in the office<\/p>\n
When I happen to bother a graphic designer for more than 10 minutes, she comes and looks at me again with the same aforementioned glare<\/p>\n
On the other side of the office, Mrs. N.M. permanently possessed by a justified and innate bossy attitude made a scene today, hence the writing of this article<\/p>\n
In a conversation I had with my colleague T.T., who possesses an innate kindness and generosity, about a rare film he found for me and I asked him to save it on a USB stick<\/p>\n
Mrs. N.M. interjected with her signature attitude and told me to “bring the USB sticks from home”<\/p>\n
She obviously meant by her right that I should remember to bring some of the USB sticks from the dozens that I have accumulated, kindly provided by my company<\/p>\n
Ms. C.D., in addition to her strong sense of style and borderline snobbery, whenever I ask her for anything, I almost always receive a distinct aggression<\/p>\n
I suffer these pains almost every day<\/p>\n
With loads of love and the strong sense of team that we have, all of the above cause us intense laughter and excellent moments of humor<\/p>\n
No humor No honey<\/p>\n
P.S.: I do not even want to comment on the tremendous bullying that I have been subjected to for years by my greatest weakness, Mrs. S.P.<\/p>\n
