Intricately designed to evoke a sense of ease and an all-encompassing \u201cbeach house\u201d ambiance, XELA is one of the original properties on this picturesque stretch of Tulum Beach, previously owned by a chic European family who welcomed an array of celebrity guests. During the conversion, Larios carefully preserved the building\u2019s authentic charm while adding communal spaces, a sophisticated bar, a serene spa, and a garden-facing gym, with every suite thoughtfully oriented toward the sea.<\/p>\n
