{"id":244356,"date":"2025-10-29T16:26:36","date_gmt":"2025-10-29T14:26:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mancodestyle.com\/?p=244356"},"modified":"2025-11-03T16:29:50","modified_gmt":"2025-11-03T14:29:50","slug":"when-toy-cars-meet-modern-art","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mancodestyle.com\/en\/when-toy-cars-meet-modern-art\/","title":{"rendered":"When Toy Cars Meet Modern Art"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"1347\" data-end=\"1495\">The collaboration between Hot Wheels (by Mattel) and the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) is an innovative fusion of play, design and contemporary art.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1497\" data-end=\"1736\">Mattel selected two iconic automobiles of modernist design: the Jaguar E-Type Roadster and the Citro\u00ebn DS 23 Sedan, and transformed them into collectible Hot Wheels models that pay tribute to their aesthetic and engineering innovation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"1934\">The fact that these cars are part of MoMA\u2019s permanent collection underlines the significance of the collaboration: the DS 23 and the E-Type are among only nine automobiles with that distinction.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1936\" data-end=\"2083\">The capsule collection will launch on November 11 2025 via Mattel Creations, MoMA\u2019s online store and at MoMA Design Stores in New York and Japan.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2085\" data-end=\"2253\">Through this collaboration, MoMA aims to bring art closer to a younger and broader audience, while Mattel gives its toys a new dimension &#8211;
