The Aston Martin DB6 is one of the most iconic British grand tourers ever, celebrated for its elegant design and timeless presence. Now, in its latest bespoke project by British restomod specialist Lunaz, this classic has been reimagined in a way that honours its heritage while bringing modern engineering and aesthetics into play.<\/p>\n

Lunaz – a company known for transforming heritage cars – selected the DB6 as its 50th commission and, rather than electrifying it as in previous projects, chose to retain and elevate the traditional gasoline experience.<\/p>\n

Under the hood, the original 4.0-litre straight-six engine has been expanded to a 5.0-litre unit producing around 350 hp, with suspension, brakes, and steering all redesigned for improved driving dynamics.<\/p>\n

While the exterior preserves the classic proportions and lines of the original DB6, discreet bespoke touches such as widened arches, custom paint and refined detailing elevate its presence. Inside, high-end materials like cashmere, suede, leather and mother-of-pearl accents create a luxurious cabin.<\/p>\n

This restomod DB6 is part of a limited \u201cFirst Edition\u201d series and is set to debut publicly in late summer 2026. Lunaz\u2019s approach signals a broader philosophy where classic cars can be reengineered with a pure combustion focus rather than strictly electrified, preserving authenticity while upgrading performance.<\/p>\n

Pricing hasn\u2019t been officially released, but given the bespoke nature of Lunaz commissions, it is expected to command a very high value that reflects craftsmanship, detail and rarity.<\/p>\n
