Cuban flavors in London

Havana’s diverse and turbulent 50s inspired the vintage interior of the new Bar La Rampa, which has been in London for some time now. Designed by local architecture studio A-nrd, the restaurant serves Cuban-inspired flavours and traditional dishes. For the realization of this project, the agency was in close collaboration with a historian specialized in Cuban design, so that the result would offer a mix of old and fresh elements reflecting the spirit of the country and in particular the rich and colorful heritage of the capital, according to the owners of the restaurant. Tiled floors, murals with tropical details and cane furniture take us back in time to another era. Don’t forget to try classic Cuban cocktails from the menu while you enjoy traditional dishes such as empanadas, tostones and of course handmade churros.
