Old-school glamour

Founded by Martin Kuczmarski and designed by Quincoces-Dragò & Partners, The Dover is where 1970s Brooklyn meets classic Italian glamour.

Bright evenings accompanied by the soft tones of vinyl records. Curated music selections, spanning classic soul, funk and disco, transport guests to different eras – all in one restaurant / bar.

The latest hotspot to open on Dover Street in Mayfair, London, The Dover, evokes the grandeur of New York’s golden age combined with stylish Italian sophistication.

Helmed by head chef Valentino Pepe, the menu pays homage to timeless dishes such as shrimp cocktail, beef tartare and lobster ravioli. As for drinks, there’s a tempting array of martini options, classic cocktails from New York and Italy, and a signature creation made with Tail Konik vodka, Cocchi vermouth and orange bitters.
