Louis Vuitton has unveiled its new Bespoke Trophy Trunk for the FIFA World Cup 2026, continuing a partnership that has accompanied football’s most iconic moments since 2010. As the tournament’s Official Supplier and Branded Licensee, the French luxury house has created the handcrafted trunk that will transport and present the world’s most celebrated sporting trophy during the FIFA World Cup 2026 Final.
The Trophy Trunk is crafted at Louis Vuitton’s historic Asnières workshops using the same artisanal techniques that have defined the Maison for more than 170 years. It features the signature Monogram Canvas, while hand-painted gold “V” motifs represent both Victory and Vuitton. Inside, a light-colored leather lining is designed to protect the trophy during transport and its ceremonial presentation.
The unveiling accompanies a landmark edition of the FIFA World Cup, which expands to 48 national teams for the first time and is hosted across the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Louis Vuitton’s involvement reflects its continuing commitment to celebrating the world’s most prestigious sporting events through exceptional craftsmanship.
Alongside the official Trophy Trunk, Louis Vuitton has also introduced a limited-edition collection of collectible trunks inspired by the FIFA World Cup. The collection combines the Maison’s iconic design language with football-inspired details, highlighting the growing relationship between luxury craftsmanship, design, and global sport.
