Singer Vehicle Design and Louis Vuitton come together in a collaboration that brings the language of bespoke design from fashion and travel goods into the world of automotive design. Unveiled at Monterey Car Week 2026, two unique Porsche 911 Reimagined by Singer models, the Classic and the Classic Turbo, are the result of a shared approach to craftsmanship, luxury and an uncompromising attention to detail.
The first, the Porsche 911 Reimagined by Singer – Classic, is based on an original Type 964 coupé and stands out with Louis Vuitton’s distinctive palette of saffron, cobalt blue and yellow. Inside, natural leather, hand-finished metal details and specially designed instrumentation create an environment where the character of a classic 911 meets the refined world of the French house’s travel trunks.
The collaboration began, almost unexpectedly, with a clock. Louis Vuitton was initially commissioned to create a mechanical dashboard clock inspired by the iconic Tambour, produced at the house’s La Fabrique des Temps Louis Vuitton workshops in Switzerland. The timepiece can be detached from the dashboard and used as a desk clock, while the original idea gradually evolved into a complete reinterpretation of the cockpit.
Even the 911’s traditional five-dial instrument cluster was redesigned through the visual language of the Tambour. The process took an entire year, with the speedometer, rev counter and auxiliary gauges receiving new graphic and sculptural identities. The cobalt blue leather dashboard and vivid orange markings reference Louis Vuitton’s distinctive visual vocabulary.
