1. Strengthen your love for yourself
Can you think of 3 things you love about yourself? If so, write them down on a piece of paper.
2. Be open and receptive to love
If you feel like you’ve been hurt in the past and are afraid to get close to your partner, maybe it’s time to let go of those experiences.
3. Take care of yourself practically and emotionally
To the best of your ability. Prioritize your rest, hydration, exercise, diet and sleep. In order for you to attract a beautiful relationship, remember that everything starts and ends with yourself & your self-care.
4. Make your relationship goals clear
What do you want from a relationship? There is no right or wrong, but to create a healthy relationship, you have to know your own needs and wants.
5. Learn to communicate effectively
When you have to set boundaries and draw a line, can you effectively communicate what you desire? Or do you prefer silence? Communication is something you can get better at, however uncomfortable it may be at times.
6. Adopt an attitude of gratitude
Gratitude is something you can feel. It can change the vibrations your body gives off to the environment. Our energy is coordinated with the energy of the people next to us. If you feel grateful, the experiences, people and situations you will be involved in will give you more reasons to feel grateful.
