Louis Vuitton presents its new summer City Guide Resorts collection, dedicated to four iconic Mediterranean destinations: Capri, Ibiza, Mykonos, and Saint-Tropez. The guides are released in a collectible pocket-size print format of 96 pages (priced at approximately €20) and are available from June 27. They are also offered digitally via the “Louis Vuitton City Guide” app for iPhone and iPad. Access to the digital versions is free throughout July, after which each destination will cost around €6.
This series focuses on the personal perspective of local artists and creatives who share their favorite spots and authentic experiences. In Capri, Vincenzo Sorrentino explores the harmony between nature and art. In Ibiza, Jade Jagger reveals the island’s bohemian spirit, while in Mykonos, ceramicist Marissa Taboulchanas suggests hidden routes beyond the obvious. In Saint-Tropez, Pierre Roinson, director of the Voiles de Saint-Tropez, shares insider recommendations accompanied by vivid illustrations by Virginie Morgand.
The guides are the result of collaborations with talented illustrators such as Charline Collette, Muhammad Fatchurofi, Charlotte Molas, and Virginie Morgand, giving each edition a strong visual identity. Content includes curated suggestions for restaurants, hotels, local markets, cultural landmarks, and secret beaches, providing an immersive and experiential take on each destination through the eyes of those who truly know and love it.
The Louis Vuitton app offers interactive maps, photo portfolios, and constantly updated listings of hotspots and cultural events in each location. Each printed guide also includes a collectible luggage tag on the back, enhancing its decorative and functional appeal. This collection captures the essence of summer travel through Louis Vuitton’s refined lens, redefining the city guide as a piece of inspiration and collectible luxury.
