Deo optimo maximo (D.O.M) was ranked in 2012 in the world’s 4 best dining venues from the S.Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants column of the Restaurant magazine.

His books have been loved by aspiring chefs as well as by the simple public about their content and the way that knowledge is transferred.
